CAMPUS MANAGEMENT

Landscaping Team

This team works with gardening and weeding of flower gardens, trimming shrubs and trees, rakes and disposes of leaves in the Fall and other miscellaneous grounds upkeep.

Maintenance Team

This team helps upkeep the main campus by:

•  Performing minor fixes to building equipment and ensuring the facility is tidy and functional.

• Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.

• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, etc.

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation, heating and air conditioning).

Mowing Team

Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.

Snow Removal Team

 

Responsible for the de-icing and clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots on Campus in an efficient manner.  It is important that in the event of snow accumulation, early morning hours are necessary to perform these duties prior to the start of student drop-off (7:00 a.m.) for vehicles to enter St. Paul parking lots.
