How to Enroll

St. Paul Lutheran School partners with the Tuition Management, Admissions and Enrollment Services (TADS) company to offer a streamlined online registration and billing services.

The Enrollment Process—New Families

Step 1: Schedule a school tour or attend an open house event

Taking a school tour will provide you with valuable insight into the St. Paul experience, programs offered and school facilities. To schedule a school tour call 585.392.4000 x201 or complete the tour request form below.

Step 2: Enroll online

After your school tour you will receive an enrollment invitation email from TADS with a unique student code and link to the online enrollment site. Complete the online form and submit requested support documents.

Step 3: Apply for financial assistance

Step 4: Select a payment plan

On or before July 1 of each year enrolled parents will receive a tuition agreement from TADS. The tuition agreement outlines tuition due for the coming school year, financial aid and discounts to be applied to your account and payment plan options. The tuition agreement is to be completed by July 31.

For new students enrolling after July 31, the tuition agreement is sent a few business days after the online enrollment form is completed.

The Enrollment Process—Returning Families

Step 1: Re-enroll online

On January 8, 2018 all currently enrolled families will receive an enrollment invitation email from TADS with a unique student code and link to the online enrollment site. Families are strongly encouraged to complete the online form by April 1 and submit requested support documents.

Why is April 1 so important?

  • School district busing forms are due
  • Financial aid applications are due
  • Staffing and room assignment plans are based on April 1 numbers
  • 50 percent of registration fee is applied to tuition if enrolled and paid by April 1
